Welcome to Miami

As we say hello to winter weather we’d like to share some warmer renderings and animations. We created interior and exterior views for the company BMW, located  Miami,  Florida.

 

 

 

 

Day & Night What a Sight!: Above you can see two different background views. The beautiful blue skies can show what the potential building will look like throughout the day, changing from day to night. With renderings, detail is everything. This can range from the shadows on the tree, to the light inside the building. The details can create a big overall look!

But Whats Inside?: Interiors are also a key concept in renderings. They are great marketing tools to show the inside building design from a persons perspective. People in renderings make a more realistic feel to the rendering and show interaction within the building. And also showing clients how to sell their design intent.

Oh How The Options Vary!

 

Have you seen what we can do with just a simple idea and a photograph? We have created a model and animation of The Fox Theater located in Hays, KS. Here you can see the interior and exterior of the model, as well as some actual images of what The Fox Theater looked like. The Fox Theater was previously a movie theater, that later held concerts. The Fox Theater has recently changed owners and is now called The Uptown Fox, which has become a restaurant and a lounge area. The historic building has been useful for the community for years.

Goodyear Recreation Campus

In 2018 Hunter Contracting Company-Goodyear located in Arizona proposed to create a recreation park. The purpose is to create a type of marketing tool to promote the proposed recreation park. Here you will see an animation that was completed this year in March.

The animation shows the details of what the park could possibly look like realistically. The animation also gives a bird’s eye fly through of the entire park, as well as any interior: for example the ping pong tables.

Here is the link to the final project.  The details range from the bathrooms, pool,to the parking lot. Enjoy!
